Is your food available for delivery?

Yes. THE—SEAT's dessert cups — Japanese Coffee Jelly, Bonbon Matcha Jelly, and Ube Panna Cotta — are available via FoodPanda in addition to dine-in and take-out. Check FoodPanda for our current delivery coverage area within Bulacan.

What is the No. 2 Bulakan?

The No. 2 Bulakan is THE—SEAT's signature drink and local pride — espresso blended with oat milk and coconut jam (matamis na bao), a native Bulacan ingredient. The result is a smooth, creamy coffee with a distinct, delicious native aftertaste that you won't find anywhere else. It is named after Bulacan's heritage and is our most recommended order for first-time visitors.

Do you have a coffee subscription service?

Yes, THE—SEAT offers a Coffee Subscription service with its own Terms and Conditions. Full details of the subscription programme are available via the link in our Instagram bio, labelled "TS Coffee Subscription T&Cs." You may also send an inquiry through the form above or message us directly to learn more about the subscription options currently available.

Are your sauces and syrups made in-house?

Yes — every sauce and syrup used at THE—SEAT is made in-house. From the pistachio syrup in our Pistachio Latte to the coconut jam in the No. 2 Bulakan and the chocolate in our Rocky Road Blendo, we do not use bottled commercial flavourings. This commitment to housemade ingredients is a core part of what makes THE—SEAT's drinks taste different.

Can I collaborate with or host an event at THE—SEAT?

THE—SEAT actively collaborates with creators, brands, and community organisations — past partnerships include a manifesto event with Rev Naval and Zarate Manila, and a creative photo session with @chaptersph.
